Return Policy

We would love to accept returns, but unfortunately we cannot accept returns on customized items of any kind.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Our team at Ultimate Custom works hard to deliver the exactly products that our customers order, but mistakes can happen anytime. If you receive the wrong item, contact Customer Service at 561.757.3465 or via email [email protected] so we can fix the error and get the correct item shipped out to you. We will also make sure that you can use a Return Service label at no charge to return the incorrect merchandise back to us.

How long will it take for my return or exchange to be processed?

Returns are usually processed within 1-3 business days of their arrival to our Returns Center.
